The sports coupe classic Esprit entered its last round in 1993 as the S4 model. The body had previously undergone a softening programme. The four-cylinder turbo S4 produced 264 HP - not bad, however, the car appeared 1996 as Esprit V8 (later TG and SE called): With the 354 HP strong 3.5-Liter-Biturbo-V8 it went into the final spurt to 2003.
